		RENTAL POLICIES: • Security deposit on all properties is $250 or equivalent of one night rent, which ever is greater. • Reservation cannot be secured until security deposit and signed contract are received by ERA Bruin Trojan Realtors,Ž Inc. • Check-in time: 2:00pm • Check-out time: Noon *Other Charges:* Standard Cleaning Fee: $20 Reservation fee: $20 Linens (Sheets & Towels): $10 per person* Firewood: $10 per bundle (when available) Pet deposit: $100 Applicable tax: Approx. 9% After-hours key charge: $12 * We encourage our guests to bring their own sheets and towels.
